Hong's Xiaolongbao: 🏠 No. 240, Zunnan Street, South District, Tainan City Business Hours: 11:00AM~6:30PM (Closed on Sunday) It has been an old shop for more than 30 years. It was originally located on Xialin Road, but it has been more than 20 years since it was moved to Zunnan Street! The store is quite simple and unremarkable, and there are only 3 kinds of products: Xiaolongbao, hot and sour soup, and egg drop soup. Later, I only saw the proprietress selling it alone. The skin of the Hongjia Xiaolongbao is hand-rolled by the store itself. The skin is thin and has a strong texture. It is completely different from the soft and rotten soup dumpling. I personally love it!
