The restaurant has been around for decades. They sell one of the most delicious "ba-wan" dishes in Hsinchu city. The ba-wan is fried and its filling is made of red yeast pork, which is quite tender. You can only find this kind of fried ba-wan in Hsinchu. Apart from that, you can also have a bowl of delicious thick soup to go with the ba-wan. The dumpling soup is very tasty too.
