Food: 5/5 Best Bang for the Buck: 3/5 OK for Western (American) Palate?: Absolutey! Service: 4/5 Decor: 3/5 (it’s in a food court) ------ Sakanakunsuhi is like a upscale chirashi don (or high end poke) in a high end food court. There are a multitude of restaurants at the bottom of this mall, and this is one of our favorite, by far. The main attraction is its various dons (typically fish on top of rice). This place heaps on an embarrassing amount fish on top of the rice, whether its sashimi, ikura (salmon eggs) or high quality uni. The fish are fresh and I would get their miso soup to pair with each bowl. A bowl of uni, ikura and fish is $630 NTD (about $20 as of 2023) If you don't like seafood, you can get their steak bowl with uni and an egg yolk for $590 NTD (you can ask them to put the uni on the side and give to your more adventurous friend if you're not a fan). Other highlights: the wagyu sando, very shareable. And they have some handrolls (temaki), which are very fresh and deilcious. I don't recommend their maki (6 piece cut roll), which is pretty standard fare, and you get easily back in the 'states (probably better). They also have draft Asahi, which is so much better than from a can, for some reason. It's one of many stalls in the mall, and we didn't have any issues getting a table after a short wait except one time we had a party of 7, and we had to sit apart. It doesn't hurt to get a reservation if you have a large party. Enjoy!

Nice Japanese restaurant beside the foodcourt. Their interior is very clean and their seating is quite spacious. Food is great, but definitely on the pricey side. However, not bad.

The price is a little high but is worth. The quality, taste and portion of the food are more then 5 stars and the service are good too. I will be back again that's for sure.
