As someone who eats braised foods daily and have tried every braised stall in Taipei, this is my number one braised shop, and it’s more of a dry smoked braised. Flavor is incredible and the pork tongue and liver and mouth meat and duck gizzards are something I enjoy the most. Make sure to get there early before things sell out. The store owner is also such a friendly guy, I love him.

Louwei: all kinds of traditional beer food. It is popular because the quality is superb. People stay in line for 30 minutes but as soon it is sold out, the shop closes.
