This Onigiri is like SPAM Masubi from Hawaii but in Japanese Okinawa Style (Open-Faced). The line of this restaurant is always long so a bit of patience is required as they make their Onigiri fresh upon ordering. Inside of its dining area is small but they keep it nice, simple & clean! Now let’s talk about the food! I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Spam Onigiri with Mentaiko sauce, and a Deep Fried Oysters Onigiri, and they both taste amazing! Both tempura shrimps and oysters taste fresh and sweet, I thought they both paired well with their homemade sauces ! I especially like the combination of Mentaiko sauce with the shrimp tempura and spam! Very good! Would love to come back and try other items on their menu!

Decided to give this shop a try after our morning breakfast at Morning Bar. We purchased 2 portions of their best seller. Lucky us, there was no crowd. We got to watch closely how the onigiri was done. Upon our first bite, you will have a mouthful of spam, egg, prawn and the mentaiko. What an amazing taste. I wished they had more vegetables included as I like to have a more balance meal. A good choice for a light lunch.

Delicious musubi / onigiri place near the public market. Everything freshly fried and prepared (except the Spam, of course). Been a few times and will definitely go again when the mood strikes for a more substantial breakfast / late snack.
