We also received a call in the morning to welcome us to order the meal first, so that when we arrived that day, we could enjoy it more quickly and make a reservation. Seats were full to avoid not having what we wanted, so we ordered our meals on the high-speed rail before we even got off to Hsinchu~~ ◻️In the message, the store thoughtfully reminds us that the mature flavor will start from mild and gradually increase in intensity. We are afraid that we will not get used to it~ ◼️You can choose between thick soup and fish soup. The fish soup is more like tomato fish soup, and the thick soup is a mushroom soup. The a la carte price is $200, but my favorite mushroom soup at the moment is the Mediterranean in Ohua. Steakhouse. ◻️As side dishes, we have the American platter (a la carte price $220), which includes nachos with salsa, the salsa is very refreshing and comforting, crispy potatoes, onion rings, cheese sticks, and #chef’s private handmade baked potatoes. The slightly obvious green sauce flavor makes the delicious rolls more obvious, and the cauliflower on the side brings out the visual beauty of the whole plate. ◼️Other appetizers include fried soft-shell crab with tartar sauce, French Brazilian milk-baked snails, and charcoal-grilled octopus with Serbian tomato salsa. From the above dishes to this, the one I don’t recommend the most is the octopus. The octopus is completely unable to be swallowed and is very, very, very tough! If you want to swallow it, you may have to chew the whole piece because it keeps chewing. I asked the waiter and took it to the kitchen for confirmation. They said it normally tastes like this, so I don’t recommend ordering this appetizer~~~~~~ ◻️For salad, I chose #ClassicCherryValley Smoked Duck Caesar Salad, which is delicious! Compared to the duck fillet I had at East End Pasta not long ago, it was much thicker and went perfectly with the Caesar salad! Don’t worry if you don’t eat beef, you can choose the Iberian pork medium rare. The tenderness is just right, the appetizers and side dishes are above the standard, the soup is rich but not greasy, and the service is friendly and super recommended!!!

Excellent dishes!!! A fabulous journey for my palette from starter to desert. This restaurant is definitely a Must-try. Every single dish I had today left a lovely taste in my mouth. The dinner cost me 5000 NTD (for two persons), but it definitely worth the price.
