Sanxia pig blood cake blood pudding served on a stick as street food in Taiwan. Its alternative name is black cake. It is made with steamed pork blood, sticky rice and then coated in peanut powder with dipping sauces.

A $20 is spicy and delicious~~

Probably the only must-eat along the Old Street. Don’t be intimidated by the spicy option. It just adds to the flavor.
