Because I work nearby, I come here often. The boss is very talkative and I often listen to him share his stories and experiences in running a noodle shop. He starts preparing ingredients at three or four o'clock every morning. The soup is made from pork bones, chicken bones, and shrimp heads. He also insists on not using any flavors and spices, which is very reassuring. Attached is the bird egg made by the boss himself.

Recommend the pork slices porridge, which is a soup and rice type. The food is light, the ingredients are simple, and the soup is rich. It is suitable for those who want to eat light at night or for late night snacks (not many restaurants open after 20:00 in residential areas)

Plum Blossom Pig Soup Dumplings $110 Awesome I didn't have much expectations for my first meal, but the clear soup tasted very refreshing and sweet. I didn't feel thirsty after drinking the whole bowl. It can be seen that it is not caused by MSG or powder. The plum blossom pork slices are also amazing. They are super elastic and fresh. I originally thought they might just be hot pot pork slices, but when I tasted them, they tasted like they were just bought from the market and cooked. There was no pig smell at all. It was really great. Highly recommended
