Love the traditional taste of the bread, buns, cakes & pastries that this neighbourhood shop bakes. My kids especially like the fragrant & soft 葱花麵包， 老虎皮蛋糕 ＆鳳梨酥。I like the no frills thin sliced plain bread. Prices are much lower compared to the newer & fanciful bakeries. The owner is very friendly & patient. She will chat with my kids & will even especially prepare sandwiches on the spot when they run out.

I still remember the residence of my classmates in elementary school, but I don’t know if they still live here. Pineapple bread is delicious, so delicious that I wonder if I have a way to have a vague memory of the past that lasts as long as this pineapple bread.
