This, so far, is the golden standard of high quality ramen that I have eaten in Nankan. I've had ramen 2 and 3x more expensive and i always come back to this restaurant. Their ramen soup base is done perfectly - not too salty, rich bone flavor and that umami taste. The only thing I don't like is the yellow corn they put in the bowl; perhaps this is what Taiwanese consumers prefer? Their service is quick and professional.
