I ordered the Pork Noodles and Red Oil Chao Shou, both of which were very satisfying. The pork jerky is a fattier version, which is rare on the market, but I like it very much. The sauce of Chaoshou is not to my liking (the soy sauce steals the show, what about the red oil?), but the meat itself is good, maybe it will be good as wonton noodles. The chewy texture of the knife-cut noodles is also great!

The knife-cut beef noodles are delicious, the soup is delicious, and the Lu-style side dishes are all good. I want to eat pork rib noodles another day. They should be pretty good.
