Hukou Township, Hsinchu County｜尚宣麵食坊

We loved this noodle bar near Hukou train station. Favorites were the wonton noodle soup (kids’ favorite), the fresh Chinese chive dumplings and the thick cut noodle soup. The broth was light and savory. Clean and air conditioned atmosphere, accommodating to non-Chinese reading customers which was much appreciated! We visited a few times during our vacation in Taiwan!
