Yangmei District, Taoyuan City｜Yuanwei Beef Noodle Restaurant

The best beef noodle soup I've ever had. I went with a friend's family and was a conspicuously out of place Westerner, but I felt welcome and well-served here. The meat platter we shared was also a nice way to mix up textures while eating the soup - we shared pig ear (maybe?), other cuts of beef, tofu, etc.
