Also available on free flow are cakes (not our cup of tea) and other desserts, fruits, sushi, hot dishes, ice cream and other frozen treats, various juices and drinks, etc. Meat wise, they usually have a fatty cut of beef, a leaner cut of beef, a fatty cut of pork, a leaner cut of pork, lamb, and duck although this varies by whether it is weekday lunch, weekday afternoon tea (usually there is no duck and the leaner cut of beef), weekday dinner, or weekend service. Ice cream wise, they usually have 6 choices of Haagen Dazs and 2 choices of Meiji creamsicles plus 2 choices of fruit flavored popsicles. Having tried it can say this particular wagyu was nothing special. 20201030: They ran a promotion from 20201005 to 20201030 where they served USDA choice certified angus beef during weekdays. meat was somewhat more fatty but more importantly sometimes the meat was sliced with the grain contrary which necessitated more chewing.

It’s rare for a buffet to stay open for such a long time. Desserts and ice creams are as good as when they opened. Jamesbound is really great. The Mongolian pot is really good.
