Everything about this restaurant is incredible. The food doesn't scrimp on the flavor, and you'll know the chef means business because everything was just scrumptious. What I loved about it was that there are several layers of flavor to each dish, not just salty or sweet. The chef is a master of flavor and texture, and this is something I appreciate. I feel valued as a customer to know that the chef makes everything fresh and by hand. Truly one of the best Italian restaurants in Taipei!

Reading certain reviews, I realise that many people are ignorant about Italian food And many low reviews are fake! It's normal, you can only call it jealousy I often come here to eat and I always try different dishes I have tried several Italian restaurants in Taipei, but at the moment only this one has a truly Italian flavor The restaurant is small, with attention to detail, as soon as you enter it feels like you are really in Italy. You can choose both on the menu and on the blackboard, with the specials of the day. The dishes we ate are fantastic. The chef's experiences are many and he has made many interesting and important places. Even if at the moment he is alone in the kitchen and the manager alone in the dining room, they always find a minute to talk to customers. Both the atmosphere and the food immediately took me to Italy I often travel to Italy for work, and finding an Italian restaurant abroad that maintains its identity is really difficult. Sapori does this in every dish! I ate today and reserved the table for next week, I highly recommend if you want to eat in Sapori, to choose in advance and reserve the table, because the restaurant is always full, both at lunch and dinner. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but all I can say is I’m genuinely surprised and satisfied. All pasta are freshly hand made from chef. Delicious and content. Hits all the right spots in Italian cuisine. Grazie Chef Wine selection can improve a little though.
