I went for the high score on google map, and I was not disappointed. First, I ordered one of the store's signature "a bowl of lemons". The surface is sour and just right lemon frosting and then topped with white chocolate. After cutting the inside, it is a layer similar to the cake body. You can see the dessert master's intentions in the small details. If I remember correctly, there is a thin layer of lemon frosting between the cake body and the tart skin, so that the refreshing sweet and sour taste can continue the whole dessert. The fly in the ointment is that the tart is too hard. When the fork is cut vertically, it is easy to crack irregularly, making it impossible for people to eat the same amount of tapi and the body of the tart. The taste of Montblanc is very strong, it is suitable to be tasted slowly with small sips of tea, the taste of alcohol is not very appetizing to me, but I think it is just a matter of personal preference, which still does not affect the fact that it is a superior product

Great birthday cakes, Mango Smoothies are awesome! Pastries are fresh and delicious. Cappuccino was really good. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Stanley the owner takes pride in his store and was trained in pastry making in Japan. We have had several cakes from here and our favorite is the chocolate.

The staffs is very kind, even though I’m not Taiwanese and not living in Taiwan but still I could talk with them in English to order a cake to surprise my friend who lives in Taipei, so I’m very impressed with their service.
