I'm shocked to read the negative reviews below. Crowded and a bit disorganized YES, but the offerings were diverse and very delicious ranging from Taiwanese traditional baked goodies to some very interesting German classics such as apple strudel. Free samples of almost everything which I think I tried without any pressure from the owner or staff to buy anything.

This comment, like others here, are for the newer branch in 台北市大同區民生西路82號. I don't know why it uses the German "bei Stefan" and sells some "German-inspired" breads, because most of the products didn't seem to have any relation with Germany. But in every case, the small cakes and pastries are super tasty and reminded me of classical omiyage stores in Japan. If you are thinking about what to bring as good souvenirs to your home country, this is a good place for small tasty morsels. Since the products are absolutely not German, I think they are also a great present for family and friends back home in Germany.
