For the foreigners who live/visit this side of town and stumble upon this place in the morning hours, this is THE traditional Taiwanese oyster/pork intestine vermicelli. It's about as good as it gets compared to many "popular" places in Taipei area. Their flavor is on the heavier side but perfectly done. You can customize your order if you don't want the oyster or intestine, the lady will just give you more of the other or reduce the price if you just want vermicelli and nothing else. She will then add the standard 3 to 4 pumps of worcestershire sauce, a teaspoon of minced garlic, and some chopped cilantro to the bowl. You can also tell her how spicy you wanted it (little spicy is perfect imo) . There will be a long line on the weekend, about 5 to 10 minutes wait the most. It's best if you line up to order and dine in instead of takeout for the best tasting experience. This bowl represents what the Taiwanese street food is all about. Enjoy!
