I wanted to eat motsu nabe, so I searched for it on Google, made a reservation, and came here. Located in a multi-tenant building in Susukino, it might be difficult to enter if you don't know about it...The store looks like it was originally a snack bar. On this day, even though the seats were full, there was only the master. It seemed like a very difficult one surgery...lol Even in such a situation, the food that came out was absolutely delicious, and each dish was delicious. The arrangement is also careful. This is a dish that shows that the basics of cooking have been thoroughly studied. In particular, the motsu nabe that I wanted to try was exquisite! The giblets have no sticky odor, go well with the soy sauce soup, and vegetables, making this a giblet hotpot that you'll want to eat again. Motsu nabe is available as a course only. It would be nice if you could order it individually, but I heard that the course is more economical. It would be nice if a part-time worker could join soon.

The owner is lovely, the food is delicious, and it's a counter restaurant where you can relax in a calm atmosphere. Reservation required.

A little-known izakaya where you can eat delicious seafood and motsunabe! The sashimi platter was luxurious because you can choose your favorite fish. Especially the herring sashimi was plump and delicious. I ordered 2 servings of Motsunabe, but it was about 4 servings and I was full. It was a great satisfaction! I visited around 19:00 on Saturday, but there were few customers because it is in an inconspicuous place, so I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and slowly.
