I popped in the other day, and they said they didn't have an hour left, but they let me in ☺️Thank you very much! Actually, it was my first time to eat hormone-based sashimi, and it was very delicious without being addictive.The grilled tendons were jiggly and delicious. The three-kind platter had an irresistible crunchy texture that blended well with the egg yolk! I was surprised at how the tan sashimi looked, but when I ate it, it was delicious 😋 I would like to make a reservation next time I go.

This Motsu (in-house) specialty restaurant has a clean interior that you wouldn't expect from the outside, and the kitchen is open. Motsunabe (offal hotpot) seemed to be the signature dish, but due to time constraints, I only ate the boiled beef, beef, and sushi, which was nice because the meat was so soft and didn't smell bad at all :)

It feels like a hideaway, and it feels like it suddenly appeared in the atmosphere of the cityscape. It's quiet. When you enter through the low, quaint entrance, you'll find a calm interior with a lively izakaya atmosphere. The food was delicious no matter what I ate. The ``sashi'' items are supposed to be fresh meat that is hard to eat, but it was eaten fresh. I loved the heart flavor and texture. Today's potato salad was Mentai. This is also smooth and delicious. The sake selection was spectacular, with a wide variety of famous sakes. I drank a highball type. Lemon sour is easy to drink and not too sweet. I couldn't get enough of the refreshing taste of black tea and the richness of coffee shochu.
