Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜otaru umikaze

About two weeks ago, I visited Umikaze when I traveled from Saitama. The atmosphere of the shop was good, and the food that came out was all delicious and the best! Also, the owners and interesting regular customers introduced us to many delicious restaurants recommended by the locals, which I am very grateful for! Next, I would like to ask Umikaze-san on the night of the first day of the trip to plan the trip (laughs). We will go again!

On my first trip to Hokkaido, the shop I happened to enter in Sapporo was a big hit. The master was also a kind and fun person, and it was excellent for seawater from Otaru. I also had a pot of spiny lobster, but the butter rice porridge was also very delicious.

I went to eat oysters (milt) with ponzu sauce. I came here from Tokyo on a trip to Hokkaido, and all the food was delicious and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, so I was very satisfied! He taught me a lot of restaurants that the locals frequent, and I was able to go to many delicious restaurants afterwards. It seems that there are a lot of locals here, but this is the first place people visiting for sightseeing should go to.
