Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Kushiro酒場

I googled and found a restaurant from my hotel on a business trip that had delicious food and served Hokkaido sake. I came in early so I was the only one. I was so excited to see something elaborate coming out of the appetizer! The meal was light, with black sea bream sashimi and everyone's favorite venison. It’s delicious😆! They are very particular about the vegetables and seasonings, and I can feel their enthusiasm. I received all the Hokkaido sake I was looking for. Hokkaido sake🍶 seems to be hot these days, and all of them are delicious. I was sitting at the counter, so I learned a lot from the owner about the alcohol. This is a store I would like to visit again. There are probably four seats at the counter. One four-person table and one two-person table. The owner runs the restaurant by himself, so it may take a while depending on how busy it is. Also, I was a little nervous when I entered the store because it was in a multi-tenant building and I couldn't see inside through the door. (lol

I came here after reading other reviews! First of all, it's very delicious. Definitely a 5★. It's very delicious right from the start. And each item on the menu is cheap. It's delicious, high quality, and reasonably priced. This is a shop with a wide selection of Japanese sake and local sake. There is also an atmosphere where customers are drawn to the cheerful and personable general manager. The restaurant has an atmosphere where you can enjoy food and drinks, and can be used for a variety of occasions. I had a lot of different things, but my personal favorites were the Tsubu liver and Salted Zangi. It's great to be able to enjoy a variety of sake, including Japan's most famous sake, Jikon, and Saku, while snacking on local cuisine from Kushiro, Hokkaido. I personally really like the sake, and even though the picture doesn't show much of the alcohol, I personally really like the red wine here. This is a store you definitely want to visit when you go to Sapporo. Repeat is confirmed.

A shop run by the master alone. Good atmosphere and the food is very tasty. It's better to make a reservation on weekends. There are many kinds of Japanese sake, and you can enjoy them slowly.
