A variety of dishes that are carefully prepared and served in beautiful bowls. Schooner draft beer with fine bubbles. A lineup of local sake from all over the country with a strong aroma, body and fruity feeling. Tonight's start is Ippin, a scallop base with seasonal sea urchin and asparagus, too luxurious to be called an appetizer. Color is also good. With each bite, my nervousness about visiting this restaurant for the first time melts away, and a smile spreads across my face. There is no plain wood counter here, but the interior has a calm atmosphere where you can feel the local color. I think it's a popular Japanese restaurant that local customers enjoy. Just over two hours. It was a cozy place to break your own visit rules. I made a reservation for the next time while leaving my expectations and left the store. Revisited on 6/12/2023 Additional photos 📷 7/12/2023 Revisited to savor the long-awaited Otaru Bafun sea urchin and live abalone steak. 2023/8/6 "Shirogai" and "Hokki" were sweet in the omakase sashimi. Sea urchin with shell is purple sea urchin. Today's live abalone steak was a large size and the feeling of eating it was amazing. Tonight was another great night.

I was on a live tour in Sapporo and stopped by on the way home from the show. The freshness and quality of the sashimi was outstanding, and the carefully prepared creative dishes were all truly delicious. I was so excited that I ordered a lot without worrying about the price, but we were all surprised at how cheap the bill was. The landlady seemed kind and comfortable, and it was a great trip! This is a restaurant that I would like to use regularly from my next tour. There are some unfortunate photos because I started eating before I took the photo, but just for reference.

Good lineup of drinks. The store is also open until late at night. The prices weren't cheap, but the sashimi and grilled food were delicious.
