Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Shishimaru

We found this traditional yakitori bar near to our accommodation. Honestly, the food is delicious, the environment is also what we are looking for, and everyone is friendly. We tried chicken sashimi, and it was surprisingly good. We will come again next year!

It’s a very delicious restaurant especially for yakiniku (grilled meat) including pork ribs, mushrooms and Wagyu beef (Japanese beef 和牛）. The chicken hot pot is fresh and could fit in with chicken leg and vegetables as well. They have english menu that is very friendly for foreigners. We are totally recommended for people who finished the night view of Mt. Moiwayama (藻岩山）to come here for dinner or draft beer. The host lady is quite kind and friendly that she also like to communicate with you in English or using translation machine they have. It’s a wonderful experience in Hokkaido.
