It’s a restaurant in the basement. Buy ticket to order your meal. Long Q but worth if u not in rush. The lady is super friendly and polite, lively music played with good environment . The Chicken oil Ramen taste superb!

★Ramen fans please enter → FB search: "Taiwan Ramen Hobby Club" Let me start with the conclusion: After finishing this bowl, I saw that Taiwanese traditional noodles can reach another level! ▎Shop: Li. Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q ▎Region/nearby location: Sapporo City, Hokkaido/Odori Station Exit 31 ▎Meal time: 9/13 (Thursday) 12:00 ▎Queue status: Yes, about 5 minutes ▎Ramen name/price: Yuzu Xiangる塩干しSoba/¥830 ★Buy the food coupon first and wait for the clerk to arrange your seat after entering. *Tabelog 3.61 Lab Q is the store where I originally planned to try soy sauce! Because the plating and overall presentation was great, I was particularly impressed by the photo of his bowl paired with the noodles themselves. I followed the navigation to the location of the store. To be honest, it didn't look like a ramen shop. The small entrance leads to B1, and there is a small round sign with Q and Noden written on it. However, there is an extra word "里" written on the curtain, which feels a bit strange... Sure enough, as soon as I walked down the stairs to the corner, I saw a sign saying that the owner was not here on 9/11-15. It was changed to: "In." Lab Q』! Then there are only two types of noodles sold: yuzu fragrant る塩 boiled dry し Soba and Sansho Tantan noodles. Okay, I want to eat soy sauce GG... This is the episode of the trip. Fortunately, I can eat something else instead of a temporary store. When I walked to the door of the store, I leaned against the wooden sliding door and looked inside. When the female clerk saw it, she came out and explained to me that I needed to buy a meal coupon and there was no soy sauce today. After buying it, she invited me in and asked me where I came from. Coming? The waiting seat is a row of chairs on the right side as you enter the door. There are many ramen magazines on the table to read. As soon as I entered, this restaurant really didn't feel like a traditional ramen shop. There was a bar area next to the kitchen. In addition, the overall decoration environment is also different. It is darker and more atmospheric, making it a suitable place for drinking and chatting. The seating part is also cool, a large square table that can seat 12 people + a 6-seat bar area near the kitchen. I have only seen configurations like the large square table at Ogawa's and Tiger Craftsman, but Lab Q's very gorgeous table also has large decorative ornaments. (with photos) In addition, this restaurant also focuses on using ingredients from Hokkaido, which is also a selling point. The noodles were served not long after we were seated, and the service was quite fast. ▎Yuzu fragrant boiled dry Soba: This bowl is different from the bowls I saw on the Internet when I was doing my homework. It is shaped like a bowl but is quite deep. It’s rare to see a bowl of this shape used in ramen noodles. This was my first impression of this bowl. The soup is really clear. The acceptance of this kind of soup in Taiwan's ramen market really needs to be tested; but this kind of clear soup is actually difficult. Different from the heavy flavor, this kind of soup is delicate. It doesn't matter whether it's too much or too little. When I sip the soup, there is actually very little sense of being cooked. If I didn't say anything else, I would have thought it was chicken soup base. The taste is the delicate taste of salt and the aroma of grapefruit, which is very smooth. The noodles are flat and similar to Yangchun noodles, but the use of Hokkaido whole-grain flour adds to the aroma. The low-temperature barbecued pork has a smoky flavor and a good texture. The soup is mixed with the fried onions, and the familiar smell reminds me of home. It’s no exaggeration, you can make a link right away. If I were a tourist in Hokkaido and tasted this bowl, I would probably want to cry! So I switched back and forth between the grapefruit salt and the aroma of oil and green onion, and I finished this bowl inexplicably! To me, this bowl is really a bowl of the taste of home, but with a twist and a more elegant presentation.

Very cozy space to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen in chicken broth & soda sauce. A bit oily but tastes good.
