I learned about it from JAL's store introduction article. As expected from JAL. It was a hit. The food and drinks, the chef, the employees, and the price were all good.I think the quality of the food is amazing. The next day, I went to a sea urchin specialty store from Hakodate, but I was disappointed, so I went there to cleanse my palate. I went there twice in a row. It was a good store, perhaps due to the personality of the owner.

An izakaya restaurant that serves delicious sushi. There was a large counter and a small raised area. We also offer takeout, and if it's not crowded, you can add or arrange other varieties besides pine, bamboo, and plum. It was very delicious. Regular customers came and seemed to be having fun chatting with us. The customer service was good, and there were various hand creams in the restroom, which made me feel that they were attentive, but I also felt that it was inconsistent with the sushi lol. I would like to try it at the restaurant someday.

2023/7/12 visit. The interior of the store is spacious with a counter as the main part, and there is a raised seat in the back. The master is friendly and funny, and the customer service and part-time jobs are very comfortable, so you can enjoy drinking comfortably. From Japanese sake to beer and fruit wine, there is a wide range of items that the owner is particular about. There are many dishes on the menu, and this quality is clearly overwhelmed at this price range. The atmosphere of the sushi rice, the quality of the ingredients, and the balance of red and white vinegar make this sushi really delicious. There are plenty of scrolls and other single dishes, and this is a shop that makes you think you have to go.
