Very delicious! The dish with egg is superb! Never tried something like this before. Soba and tempura also very good. Highly recommend.

The first thing you notice when you enter the store is that the towels are large and easy to use. Also, the tissue is soft and feels good when it touches your skin 👍️ After ordering the cutlet, the meat was prepared and fried with breadcrumbs, and the tempura shrimp was fried with the heads and shells peeled 😀 You can already feel the deliciousness without even eating it❗️ Nihachi's soba had just the right amount of chewiness, and the soup stock and flavor were just to my liking. The bowl is thick so you can hold it in your hand and enjoy the hot soba soup 🙆 It took a while to order as it was busy at lunch time, but since I was seated at the counter, I didn't have to worry about waiting time to have a fun conversation with the chef. I came across a very nice soba restaurant that cannot be described in words and can only be felt by those who have been there❗️ The friendly personalities of the owner and other staff make it a place where you can not only enjoy the meal, but also enjoy it together and be satisfied.

The dashi soup and Kaeshi were delicious. Unfortunately, the soba noodles were sold out, so I got ramen instead, but it was also very delicious. It has a gentle taste that conveys the warmth of the creator.
