Very kind and foods are delicious

Whatever I eat is one step above anything I've ever eaten before. It's also fun to be more particular about delicious ingredients, such as grilled vegetables and rice with eggs. This is a store I wish I had known about earlier.

It's about a 10 minute walk from Sapporo Station. The store is located underground and you can go down the stairs. Please note that the staircase entrance is not very conspicuous. There is a handwritten recommended menu and a grand menu. Apparently everyone orders shiitake mushrooms. As the store clerk said, ``I'm the most picky about the grilling method in Japan,'' there are certainly detailed explanations. However, it was very delicious when grilled and eaten exactly as it was. Other menu items, such as sea urchin, are also delicious. The prices are a bit high, but I think it's a good value for money. It was a store that I would definitely visit next time.
