You will be surprised by the texture of gizzards! I had a seseri for the pottery, but the scent and taste of the charcoal fire was outstandingly accented, and when I noticed, the beer was gone lol. I visited the store for the first time. I had the seseri-yaki. The smell of charcoal grilling is irresistible! It was so delicious! It was the first chicken sashimi, but it was delicious! The liver was creamy, the heart was soft, and the gizzard was crunchy! Momo-yaki was soft and half-raw, and it was also very delicious! Sake has been great! I was interested in it when I was looking at Google Maps, so I entered the store. The recommended rose roast mix was very filling and delicious. Definitely a repeat purchase!
