Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido, Japan｜Yakitori Kitchen Ajito

Fantastic izakaya for yakitori and local Hokkaido food. Warm and kind owners who go out of their way to welcome newcomers as well as regulars. They are big supporters of the Nippon-Ham Fighters and have decorated the restaurant with lots of posters and promotional items. My group stopped here before heading to see a game at the new stadium and it was the best meal we had anywhere in Hokkaido! Lots of the items are seasonal and local. The fresh asparagus, yakitori, and chicken ramen were our favorites, but everything was delicious! Seriously amazing!

Yakitori, various skewers, and other homemade dishes were delicious. They are good at skewering, and there seems to be recommended skewers depending on the purchase. Recently, the number of restaurants where you can eat loach dishes is decreasing. The owner is a baseball connoisseur, and it is fun to communicate with the staff. The menu seems to suit the tastes of men and women of all ages. And when Escon F is completed, it will be full every day ~

Just the other day, I visited this izakaya for the first time. The food was delicious, the staff were all fun, and the 3 hours went by in a blink of an eye. The yakitori is delicious❣️The small chicken ramen is also delicious❣️I definitely recommend it❣️ This is an izakaya that is irresistible for Fighters fans and Consadole fans.
