I received a special meal. First of all, I was surprised at how delicious the soba was. The texture and scent are wonderful. The bittersweet taste of freshly fried fukinoto felt like spring. For the main dish, you can choose between meat or fish. This time I chose fried Atka mackerel. It was freshly fried and crispy. Boiled dishes containing wild vegetables are also delicious. All of them have a gentle flavor and are very satisfying. I would like to stop by again if I go to Kitahiroshima.

It was my first time visiting. Grandma is being beaten, and time passes slowly. I thought the home-cooked food in a historic home, the wild vegetables and simmered dishes, the appetizer vinegar and desserts were amazing, and the taste of the home-cooked food was something I would want to eat every day. It's gentle on your body. I want the shop to continue to work hard forever.

Definitely a 5 star flavor. It's a natural dish that avoids additives as much as possible. The soba is also handmade. The price is cheap and there is a volume. It is run by a kind old lady. It may be a little uneasy at first, but it is definitely recommended. Please be careful as there are some steps in the parking lot.
