Ebetsu, Hokkaido, Japan｜Bitters (ビターズ)

I bought a mackerel lunch set, a duck lunch set, and smoked fried potatoes with butter. The set includes a sandwich, two smoked chicken wings, potato salad, two slices of smoked tofu (about the size of a cut of cheese), and a panna cotta topped with kiwi. Everything was delicious. Personally, I prefer the mackerel sandwich. It went well with the lemon and was delicious till the end. Potatoes are small, semi-circular, with skin on. It had a texture and taste that I had never had before, but it was delicious and I was happy to eat it.

The mackerel sandwich was delicious. I'm going to eat there again. There is a flag that says it is a takeout specialty, but there seems to be a small amount of space to eat inside.

I bought a mackerel sandwich and a duck sandwich and tried them, both were delicious. There are many other kinds, so I will go to eat again.
