Pricy but really tasty

I ordered the Genghis Khan course to compare the tastes of Australia and Hokkaido. Let's start with the tongue! Shocking taste, look forward to other meats! Everything else may be average...Tan is delicious. It was in Australia. I thought there would be a big difference since I was comparing them, but it might not be that big. Enough for Australia. The vegetables are delicious, and the young corn, onions, and carrots are all delicious. I rate this restaurant not only for the meat but also for the vegetables. I think the price is too high for Yu Genghis Khan...well, I guess it's okay since it's a trip. I can clearly see why the daruma dolls are lined up lol
