Friendly and polite waitresses and waiters. Beef is tender and flavourful. The unforgettable moment is actually their good services from the Japanese. The beef tongue or is it liver? is not for me though as the tongue is too rubbery and hard. Note: it is my first time trying beef tongue. It cost about 5000 yen per person for the course meal . But with the good service and food . The money is well spent for a good memorable meal.

Smiling staff. Friendly with kids. Rich course. A very good memory in Sapporo.
