Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Wagyu Shabushabu Sukiyaki Fujiyama

Very fresh and high quality ingredients. I usually would go for the all you can eat option but since I was dining with my wife we just ordered two normal sets and one extra order of beef for myself. By the time I finished the udon I was fairly full. See pictures for how beautiful the presentation was and how fresh the ingredients were. As can be expected with wagyu the beef was very tender and delicious.

We love the delicate sashimi appetizers that are nicely decorated in a box. The wagyu beef cooked in the sukiyaki soup tasted so good that we decided to order one more to satisfy our cravings. We also love the service provided by the staffs there. They are very attentive and polite. This is one of the best highlights of our trip in Sapporo.

From small appetisers, drinks to main Sukiyaki along with fresh Hokkaido veggies, they were all so good. Very friendly staff members too! My mum was so satisfied with her first Sukiyaki experience.😊 Happy that I found such a nice Sukiyaki place in Sapporo. I'd love to go there again.
