Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Restaurant & Bar “SKY J”／JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo

We celebrated my dad's birthday here. We came here without reservation but I recommend reserving a table so you can ask for a table with a nice view overlooking the city. The menu was pricey but it was worth it. I am vegetarian and none of the menu was vegetarian friendly so I asked if they could make a vegetarian dish, and they did, with that said service is superb! I believe everyone can understand and speak English and that was very helpful.

The best aspect of Sky J is the amazing views. That was my main objective for visiting. Had their buffet lunch on Sunday and they serve a variety of dishes including salads, cold dishes, hot cooked food like rice, noodles and fish. They also served hot and cold soups, roast beef, smoked salmon and an array of buns and bakes. Their cafe latte was surprisingly good and I think it’s the milk that did it.

Tasty food with gorgeous night view from 35/F. There is pianist playing piano and singing. Nice staffs serving as well. Overall, it is a very enjoyable night. Will recommend this restaurant for those who visit Sapporo :)
