Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Sapporo Ichiryuan

This is quite possibly the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had. My friend who got the Sapporo style pork miso ramen also said it was delicious. I found this place from a Japanese restaurant rating website (tabelog) and decided to book a reservation—reservations are a MUST because there are probably 5 seats total in the entire space. Finding the restaurant was a little difficult as well, but I figured it out with the address and google maps (it’s in the basement floor). The man working the restaurant that evening was also very friendly and kind towards us. I would very happily eat here again.

Had quite a hard time finding the shop due to wrong geo location in Google. Finally found it on the side of the street facing kitako. There's 2 entrances to the basement. Once you are in, it's a breeze to find. The food is amazing and worth the effort to find. Owner is a sommelier and you can have wine pairing.

This restaurant offers a halal ramen menu. Has english menu too tourists can understand. Overall its a nice cozy place to have your lunch/dinner here.
