Fantastic ramen spot. The shrimp miso broth is a Hokkaido specialty - we got the moderate blend and the flavour was out of this world. Noodles are cooked perfectly and the toppings are great with the crunchy shrimp bits being a unique highlight. The onigiri is solid too. The rice has a shrimpy flavour and I combined part of it with the broth to make a godly congee to finish off the meal. Worth the wait.

Chose rich flavor soup with shrimp and miso flavor. Very delicious! Staffs are friendly. We came with a group of 6 (including 1 child) and the staff kindly set up the counter table for us along with the child seat.

Having loved this place since I had it the first time in Tokyo 20 years ago , I finally got to come to the original here in Sapporo. Highly recommend the そのまま original, it's flavorful but not too rich like the rich one. The rich one was too much that I couldn't even finish it with rice dumped in there. Staff recommended original salt. Cash only. Free parking available.
