Maybe people will think that this ramen is not good but to me is done pretty well. I do love it as compared to what I eat in some other country's.

Miso ramen. Thought I knew what a decent bowl was until I made it to sapporo and tried sumire. Wow. The broth is left, the noodles are chewy, and the charaiu was tender. I recommend the large size of you're super hungry. I would also recommend a side of spicy green onions. Another tip is to try vinegar and yuzu chili in one bite (get some broth in the spoon and put a little noodle. Then add the vinegar and yuzu. Yum) There is always going to be a wait but it felt it moved fairly quickly. Recommend by my elder sister’s Hokkaido friend, my younger son and I came here on Feb 9, 2023. We ordered the shop’s signature ramen and we found the texture of the noodles made a distinct difference. That’s why customers would queue outside despite snowing. My family members won’t miss the shop the next time they are in Susukino!
