Friendly staff, able to speak English. English menu available. The tsukemen serving was huge, so do not be like me. I ordered add-ons (more noodles and cha siu) and had a hard time finishing it. The dipping soup was very rich and umami. Noodles were very tangy with a smooth texture. Great place for lunch after touring Sapporo.

I wonder why this ramen is underrated. Cause I really like the ramen here. I found this restaurant incidentally cause I didn't have any plan before. They also don't have english menu so I just order based on the pic in the menu. I didn't have any expectation but surprisingly they brought me a bowl of super delicious ramen. I ordered the dry one and my husband ordered the soup one. Mine is super tasty and the noodle is firm and chewy. My husband's is also tasty, the soup is thick and rich.

Inside the Sapporo Factory Mall 2nd floor. Staff is friendly and Ramen was warm and tasty.
