Wolf Ramen! Google translate doesn’t work very well with the menu, but I think it basically comes down to 2 ramen options. It’s gingery egg miso ramen that’s kind of heavy, so for those who prefer lighter soups, it may be a bit tough to finish. I usually don’t like ginger, but I would say that there’s enough ginger to be noticeable, but not so much as to put me off. You can buy some merch, 2 portions of their noodles and soup in one box. It was ¥850 per box. Tissues were provided at every table and you could get some self served water with a pitcher at every table. There aren’t many seats so try to come earlier.

This miso ramen place is a rare find and a local favourite in Sapporo. The miso soup is rich in flavour and you can taste a good amount of garlic and ginger, but it doesn't overpower. The noodles are perfectly chewy for the rich broth, and the chasiu is tender. The place is cozy and the staff are attentive. This is the ramen that got my son hooked on ramen and we visit this a few times every trip to Sapporo.

Miso based ramen with great flavor. The serve staff are very attentive and the food is served quickly. Even though English isn't too strong here, the workers try their best, so great service experience. The shop is tucked away just off a main road where you have to get in quick as sometimes they completely sell out. It's a very popular spot.
