on a cold, snowy night in Sapporo… there’s nothing better than this ramen. atmosphere - great. food - great. what more can you ask for?

First meal I had upon landing in Sapporo in July, right at the front of the famous “Ramen Street (ラーメン横町).” Good price for the dumplings (textbook juicy) and scallop ramen (filling and highly recommend), as well as genial boss, if you do not mind sitting a bit closer with other diners. Sometimes you may want to avoid peak hours, when tourist groups may book up the entire place.
