I think it's authentic Sapporo ramen. Noodle shop. It tastes similar to the Ramen Bariya chain that used to operate in Sapporo. It has a relatively large amount of lard and a strong flavor, so if you don't like richness, please choose ``light salt'' or ``light soy sauce.'' The photo is a large serving of miso from the ``Jidenya Special'' that includes all toppings. I think both the flavored eggs and chashu taste good. Please be careful as the floor inside the store is greasy and slippery.

The ramen was delicious in Maruyama Class 3 times, but I wish it had more meat.
