When it comes to food I can only speak for myself. Although I urge everyone who has the chance to try the Miso ramen here as it the BEST out of all the Miso ramen I have had while staying in Japan for approximately 3 years (mostly in Hokkaido where they are known for their miso ramen). You can expect it to have a mildly thick broth with a meaty flavour that work extremely well with rice (If the manager is the one making it). Personally I leave the pork slice egg and the dried seaweed for mixing with the rice after eating the noodles. They also give out free complementary fresh ginger that you can grind onto the ramen, as well as mildly spiced Chinese chives. Thank you so much Kabuto for blowing my tastebuds.
