I was looking for a ramen shop in my neighborhood and found it. The store is beautiful and clean. I ate soy sauce, but the soup stock comes out well and it's delicious. Noodles are excellent. I got rice (with chashu) from the coupon in the shop. Good deal. Rice is delicious.

I got chicken soba with white soy sauce. I entered the store about 10 minutes after it opened, but the counter was about half full, and it was soon full and lined up. There were many people who came with their families because it was Sunday. Well, it was a long-awaited white soy sauce, but it was transparent like salt ramen, and I thought it was quite light, but it was very delicious because I could feel the umami of the chicken. The noodles are thin noodles, but they were a little thicker, but they were well entwined with the soup, and I liked thick noodles, but this was okay. The char siu was also soft and chewy, and it was also delicious. I would like to have a different menu next time. It was a feast.
