The char siu rice bowl is also great, with soft cubes of char siu, rich sauce, and white onion as a nice accent. The spicy miso is not spicy, but it is rich, and it has a good action when mixed with the medium-thick curly noodles. This price is too low. I drank salt soup, but personally, miso was delicious! Some people wrote that it had a seafood flavor in their reviews, but this place is made from vegetables and chicken broth, so there is no such thing as seafood. . Until now, I also liked seafood-based white water, but I was so satisfied with the taste that I liked that there was a possibility that I would not want to eat another store's white water if I ate this ramen! Of course, char siu and boiled eggs were also delicious! The personality of the shopkeeper was also good! Next time I'd like to ask for soy sauce.
