It seems to be a Junsumi type of restaurant, but they use homemade noodles, which are slightly thinner and harder than Nishiyama or Morizumi noodles. However, these noodles were a perfect match for the rich miso soup and were very delicious. I think this is one of the most delicious restaurants in Sapporo.
