I visited on a weekday afternoon. Since it is located in the suburbs, there is enough parking space. There were about 3 groups of customers who were almost full and waiting to be served. The serving time is 15 to 20 minutes, which is the longest among ramen shops. The noodles had just the right amount of firmness and were delicious, but the overall flavor was strong and the flavored balls were just as salty. If you order rice together, it seems to be balanced, so I think it's great for people who work hard and sweat. The interior has a stylish and calm atmosphere, but I felt a gap in the toilet equipment, not a warm water washing toilet seat but an old toilet bowl. I was worried that the radio program DJ information posted in the store, featuring the owner Tetsuya Utsumi, was outdated.

Tetsuya ramen. There are three such establishments in the city. By the way, it's very tasty. At lunchtime, one hundred percent will have to stand in line (!) This brand, if I'm not mistaken, has existed since 1969!!! Tasty! Delicious and delicious again! :)
