Last time I had meat miso ramen, but today I went for the classic regular miso ramen. The photo on the menu looked like guinea pig pork, so I had high expectations. However, the chashu was smoked. However, this was my first experience with smoked char siu, and I felt it had a uniqueness and flavor that I couldn't find at other restaurants. I also ordered Teine Rice, which I had read about in the reviews, and the char siu served with it was also smoked. I also saw the ``smoked eggs'' posted on the wall and got the feeling that the owner of Misono is very particular about smoked eggs. The ramen noodles have a lot of egg mixed in, and are chewy, voluminous, and have great flavor. The soup is thick enough. The process of making ramen is the traditional way of making Sapporo ramen, starting with frying bean sprouts and minced meat in a large wok. This is a store that has been around for a long time. Sapporo ramen now costs 1,000 yen. It is no longer part of the food of the common people. Ramen is usually priced at 1,000 yen even at a pop-up shop, but if a ramen shop like Misono-san, which has maintained its original taste for many years, operates at a similar price, I'd be surprised. I want to eat ramen at a restaurant like Hamisono. As an additional note, an older post mentioned that "Yuzu" is sprinkled on top of the miso ramen, but I would like to add that it is not currently sprinkled on top of the miso ramen.

I received a stable and rich miso. I like the store and the owner, who doesn't make a lot of noise. Both the outside and the inside are worn out, so even though there's a line at the Osho across the street, Kocchi is empty. However, inside the store, even the back of the ventilation fan hood has been polished to a shine. The menu here at the main branch is not so fancy that it seems like it is aimed at tourists, but the large pieces of chashu pork and grated ginger are small enough that they don't stand out. The background music is probably a wired radio, with modern country music playing modestly. When the cooking is finished and the food is served, the one-operated shopkeeper hides in the shadows. There seem to be some comments about her having a bad attitude, but I don't think so. His cute face doesn't suit him, and he seems like a shy ramen lover. I don't talk much either, so I didn't really talk to them, but I just said things like "Welcome" and "Yes please" at a normal volume. On the other hand, I don't like it when people yell "Rasha!" in a loud voice that hurts my ears, or when I get angry even though it's not even funny.

You can find it at ESTA, but the main store's smoked char siu and smoked flavored egg are super delicious 😋 It's a little inconvenient that there's no parking lot, but I'd like to walk there just to eat this flavor. I can't order teine rice right now because I don't have enough eggs, but they serve smoked char siu mayo bowl instead, and that's really good too. It's rich with smoked flavor, mayo, and secret sauce. The ramen was topped with miso and smoked chacha and was delicious as is, but the added smoked flavor made it even more delicious. My wife loves miso, and now I love it too! I hope to visit you again soon! This is a wonderful ramen shop that is loved by locals, so please come and try it!
