I've eaten other menu items other than Yamada noodles, but I think they generally have a strong flavor. It may not be suitable for people who like light ramen.

I went with my sister. I ordered white miso for 820 yen and dumplings for 300 yen, and my sister asked for thick Yamada noodles for 880 yen. Since I went during lunch, the clerk asked me if I could eat it because I said that small rice was free. I wanted to eat it, but I wasn't sure if I could finish it, so when I asked about the amount, I was told that the small rice is 140g. When I asked if it was possible to make it to 100g, they kindly responded. I don't know if it's busy, but when I have time, it's a polite customer service that asks for flexibility. I found both flavors of ramen to be quite delicious. I especially like sweet white miso ramen, but it was a hit! It has a richness and umami in its sweetness, and it is so delicious that you won't get tired of eating it until the end. It was a really delicious soup even if you dipped the rice at the end and ate it. I felt that the miso ramen around Maeda and Akebono was the best for my taste! ! Little sister? rather? I got it and ate extra thick yamada noodles. To be honest, I don't like thick noodles, and this is the third time I've had Jiro-style ramen, but I felt that the taste of the soup was also carefully selected here. It was delicious. The noodles have a chewy texture and are chewy all the way to the end. It was the most delicious I ate three times! It's the same as the Jiro series, so the amount is quite large, so I think that even young people who are in the middle of eating will be satisfied. The dumplings were small and ordinary. The land here has changed ramen shops several times, and I entered the shop when it was two and one before, but it wasn't good enough, so I only went once, and many years have passed since I became the first generation Yamada. However, I didn't feel like going in, but it was so delicious that I regretted it a little earlier (laughs). There are many kinds of flavors, so I would like to try others.

There's a fair amount of volume, but it's probably a normal amount for people who are used to Jiro style. Char siu has a lot of fat, so it is recommended for people who like fat. This is a system where you buy a meal ticket when you enter the store, give it to the staff, and then take your seat. When I used it around 11 o'clock on a weekday, it was empty and they let me choose my favorite seat.
